Anne Doepner is a seasoned NFL Executive who is carving out her own path as a thought leader in the space of women working in male-dominated fields. She chooses to live authentically as a woman and a working mother with the goal of serving as a living example to other women. She is driven by her passion for empowering women and advising leaders on how to create a more inclusive space for women where they are currently underrepresented.

Anne is the Director of Inclusion & Employee Investment for the Minnesota Vikings, where she works every day to create a culture where everyone feels a sense of belonging. She is the first full time person dedicated to Diversity & Inclusion working for an NFL team.
In her previous role as the Director of Football Administration for the Minnesota Vikings, Anne negotiated NFL player contracts and was responsible for matters of salary cap compliance. At the time of her transition into D&I she was one of only two women across the NFL working as a contract negotiator.
