CJ Johnson has been an athlete and coach her whole life, including as a PGA Golf Professional, professional Ski Instructor, and Personal Trainer. After being introduced to pickleball and seeing its positive impact on so many players, CJ launched the Better Pickleball YouTube channel in 2016.
CJ’s perspective on pickleball is a holistic approach that includes working on the body and mind, two critical areas necessary to perform your best out on the court.
In 2020, she partnered with fellow coach and YouTube Creator Tony Roig. From their initial collaboration to now, their consistent mission has been to empower pickleball players through deeper insights into the game.
CJ and Tony's influence in the pickleball community is unparalleled, attracting a diverse audience of skill levels.
