After being named President of the local Board Of Realtors in 2015, Kansas Salesperson Of The Year in 2016, Realtor Of The Year in 2017, and serving on numerous committees for the National Association Of Realtors, Crystal created her own Brokerage - Crystal Clear Realty - where she serves Buyers, Sellers, and Investors in the Kansas City and surrounding areas. In 2019, Crystal decided to expand her business to the West Coast, and Nest Seekers International in Beverly Hills seemed the right fit.

In addition to real estate expertise, Crystal is mother to three dynamic daughters - Brittany, Adrianna, and Halle - and in a relationship with John Falbo, former US tennis champ with Andre Agassi and Pete Sampras. Crystal is also the founder of The Spot Magazine and Podcast focused on women in business, Crystal’s Spot cafe in Lawrence, Kansas, and her latest endeavor, Crystal’s Famous Cobblers (available for national shipping).
