Dayana Falcon grew up in Miami where the warmth and electricity rubbed off on her starting at an early age. Being the first in her family to attend college as a LatinX woman with Cuban roots, she chose The University of Florida where she majored in Advertising. Dayana has been described as pioneering, digital expert, forward-thinking, connector, revenue driver, and her greatest strength is her ability to network. With a Bachelors in Advertising, and working towards her ACF career coaching certification, Dayana Falcon has the perfect combination of sales persuasion technique background that intersects with helping the next generation of talent find purpose, identify their transferable skills and thrive in their career.
