Erica Peterson is the Founder & CEO of Moms Can & Co. (aka Moms Can Code), a remote first startup that optimizes moms for remote jobs in tech through the development of online resources and asynchronous online training programs. She is also the Founder & Board President of Science Tots, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Pittsburgh, PA that connects families & educators with the tools to power early STEAM education.
Erica is passionate about developing scalable online education programs and building online communities. She also speaks publicly, organizes events, and provides coaching to educate founders of both for profits and nonprofits on how to use the latest digital tools to affordably test their ideas, create processes, and build early-stage remote teams.
