Giulio has a strong belief that Technology and Innovations are meant to serve a greater good, while Education and Leadership should be used to create better working conditions. His desire to have an impact on these topics brought him to leave his amazing city and the possibility of comfortable secure jobs, in order to experience diverse cultures, live in different countries, and grow his passion about Management, Leadership and great Performance. His Mission is to innovate Leadership to achieve the next stage of human evolution: instead of pushing teams to do more and work like machines, focus on their human skills… so that productivity will actually improve and last. He created innovative Achievers for the Leaders of tomorrow: innovate in the present in order to achieve in the future. His dream is to fund technology projects for disruptive innovation.
