I own and operate Productize & Scale. We create content, courses, coaching programs, and community experiences that help freelancers and agency owners scale their income without burning out by leveraging the productized service business model.

I also continue to work "in the trenches" by operating a productized podcast editing and repurposing service called Castaway. We help agencies, coaches, and consultants attract more clients by converting every podcast episode into a content marketing flywheel that reaches new prospects in a variety of formats and across a variety of platforms.

Over the last 15 years, I've worked my way up through the marketing ranks, from Marketing Associate all the way up to the Director position. In 2024, I quit my full-time job to go all in on my own businesses, and I'm excited about every opportunity I get to help teach, coach, or mentor other professional service providers.
