Hello! My name is Julie Zaruba Fountaine and I’m a Well-being Specialist and Founder of EMPOWER Possible, LLC based in Duluth, MN, USA. I specialize in health promotion and change management and earned an MBA in Change and Leadership and an MS in Health, Nutrition and Exercise Science.
I strive to build a world where all can thrive.
I have over a decade of experience in hosting educational workshops, developing health promotion programs, and attaining grants which led to presenting the outcomes of my work at various regional and national conferences throughout the United States some of which include, the American College Health Association, the Midwest Health Promotion Conference, and the Association of Student Affairs at Catholic Colleges and Universities.
My work is accomplished by planning, developing, and analyzing strategic initiatives from a place-based approach, regenerative,
and holistic perspective while remembering the importance of innovation and equity.
