She moved on to become a corporate trainer and found Decker Communications, quickly becoming an expert keynote speaker and coaches executives on how to influence others, teaching them how to connect and increase trust and credibility in their speaking style and presence. She believes that all women have confidence. Her job is to help them find their voice and empower them to use it. She has coached 1000's of professionals all over the globe.
