Lakshmi Rengarajan

Lakshmi launched WeWork first-ever Workplace Connection practice aimed at answering the question, "how will people within this organization get to know each other?" Because the answer isn't always obvious and we need to move beyond the happy hour (virtual or otherwise). Prior to WeWork, Lakshmi was Director of Event Design and Brand Strategy at Match.com and worked closely in singles event design for years before turning her lens to the workplace. Her work has been featured in the New York Times, The New York Times Magazine, ThriveGlobal and she's been a keynote speaker at multiple conferences to help companies answer this question, one that is more important than ever.
