Philiy has worked in the creative industries for over 24 years. Starting as an award winning photojournalist, before moving into documentaries and feature films. She has trained creative start-ups in the UK, Turkey, Brazil, Russia and 5 Balkan Countries and founder Creative Women International® in 2014 to support women trying to build creative careers. Philiy hosts a weekly podcast and her book The Business Of Creativity has been helping women to build their own creative careers.
