Ryan is the Vice President, Digital Marketing at Aztek, Cleveland's leading company for web design, development and digital marketing. His focus is building digital marketing strategies that allow companies to increase traffic, generate more leads, and convert more sales.

At ERC, Ryan oversaw the organization's marketing and digital strategy, as well as a team of high-performing marketers focused on design, email, video, and content. ERC's Marketing & Digital group focused on analytics-driven marketing and engagement efforts using inbound marketing practices.

Ryan possesses a strong background in digital marketing, graphic design and social media. He has extensive experience with web design, email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), marketing automation, usability and user experience.

Ryan is a former board member for the Cleveland Web Association. His certifications include an Inbound Certification from Hubspot, a Google Analytics certification, Act-On Software certification and SharpSpring certification. Ryan is a former a recipient of Graphic Design USA's InHouse Design Award, currently contributes to the Aztek blog, and has contributed to MarketingProfs.com.
