He has held roles as CEO, Member of the Board, Program Manager, Mentor and Coach. Stephan generated additional millions of Euros in profit for his clients in several industries by improving their services. Dr. Stephan Meyer is also a sought-after keynote speaker with captivating talks on social change.

Learning and Development Experience
Stephan’s background is a Diplom-Psychologe (Business Psychologist with a focus on organizational development) at RWTH Aachen University, Germany. He also holds a doctoral dissertation in business administration at the University of Gloucestershire, UK, about killing sacred cows in organizations. This metaphor refers to modernizing organizations by replacing outdated rituals with more appropriate tools and processes. Stephan is also a pro bono mentor in several academic mentoring programs.

Professional Experience
After graduating in business psychology in the mid-90s, Stephan was hired by Accenture. Due to his background in psychology, he seamlessly integrated into the change management department. He played a key role in overseeing and managing extensive and intricate transformational initiatives. Four years later, he was headhunted by a small bank with the task of developing a private equity subsidiary for them. Stephan then went into business for himself with a think tank for better change management projects. Stephan has been successfully leading Almademey Limited in Cyprus since 2022, providing both coaching and trusted advisory services to help his clients achieve exceptional results in their change management initiatives. Stephan's clients include Volkswagen, Audi, Daimler, PWC, Zurich, Allianz, Novartis, Sanofi, Evonik, E.ON and many more.

Personal
Stephan is a native German and lives in Cyprus in an orange grove. That is why he recently chose the daring adventure of learning Greek. He courageously and joyfully faces the challenges of intricate grammar and unfamiliar Greek characters.
