Bio
I am a Human Resources Professional and Executive Coach with 20 years of experience across multiple industries, human medicine, animal medicine, mining, and missile defense to name a few. Most of my time in Human Resources has been spent, training and coaching individuals and groups. I've partnered with executive leadership teams to increase their productivity and effectiveness so that they met their strategic goals. Leaders working in a VUCA environment benefit from my coaching as I help them transform the culture of their organization to be more innovative and inclusive which enables them to be more responsive to changes in the environment. Focusing on leading with authenticity, leaders from various Fortune 500 companies that I've coached have shown tremendous upward mobility.
