I have over 25-years of executive management experience in launching companies and new lines of business, working domestically, and internationally. My career encompasses working in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Shortly after completing my EMBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Treatments paused my career ambitions as I worked to focus on my health and was ultimately the impetus for launching my own successful consulting company.

At the age of 43, Tammey Grable-Woodford had recently been awarded her MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, completed her campaign for Washington State Representative, and was enjoying her long-standing executive career which encompassed the non-profit, healthcare and technology sectors. When suddenly, the healthiest and most vibrant time of her life was punctuated with a cancer diagnosis.
Choosing to go beyond the goal to survive, Tammey chose to thrive. Launching her own company, she put her Executive MBA and 25 years executive experience to use for herself and by serving others as a business consultant and mentor. She also chose to share her story as an author, sought after motivational speaker, and podcaster. Embracing the rewards and satisfaction of an authentic and intentional life.
